SCHEDULE OVERVIEW FOR

ACTIVITIES OF PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN

1st Monday Mission Quilts (September through May); location= Charter Hall

(staff sets up 6‑8 tables and gets out sewing machines)

NOTE: September date is postponed one week due to Labor Day

1st Tuesday Presentation of Horizon Bible Study Lesson for Circle Leaders and others (September through May only). Presenter to be Patty Smith. Usually 25-30 women attend this lesson and it is generally held in Fellowship Hall but has been held in the Spiritual Life Center.

1st Tuesday Coordinating Team. Team members include PW officers, circle leaders and committee/activity leaders; usually held in classroom #5

3rd  Tuesday Gathering (convenes at 11:30 a.m. September through May). Meeting of all Presbyterian Women for lunch and program; price per attendee is $6.50; tickets sold at PW table on two Sundays preceding Gathering. Location is Fellowship Hall; attendance varies from 60 to 130. Program for September features Rev. Sue Westfall, one of the authors of the Horizon Bible Study Note: the February Gathering convenes at 2:00 p.m. instead ofl 1:30 a.m. AND the March Gathering has been rescheduled to the 0' Tuesday due to a conflict with the Patio Sale

3rd Friday Casa Maria & Primavera Lunch Preparation More than 300 lunches are prepared in the Kitchen and Fellowship Hall NOTE: this activity has been rescheduled to the 4th Friday in March due to the Patio Sale.

4th Tuesday Creative Hands (except December); location = Charter Hall (staff sets up tables and gets out sewing machines) NOTE: the activity has been rescheduled to the 5th Tuesday in March due to the Patio Sale.
