Let us draw near
to God with a sincere heart
in full assurance
of faith.....
Hebrews 10:22
My House Shall be called
a House of Prayer Mathew 21:13
For thee we were made, O
God, and our hearts are restless until they find their rest in thee

Our prayers
are hard, not because we are in earnest, not because we suffer, but
because Jesus suffered . O Chambers
Most important in the life of any church is a strong, Spirit led
prayer ministry. Realizing the power of prayer, a small group of
faithful, dedicated members of this church come together each week
to pray.
We
believe that in order to maintain a vibrant, compassionate church,
dedicated to teaching, preaching, and living Jesus Christ, there
must be an under girding of prayer for all aspects of the church.
Our Prayer Ministry Team has a printed agenda each week, which we
supplement with devotional material. We feel the presence of the
Lord with us, and stand in awe of Him as we praise and thank Him for
gracious answers to our prayers.
You are invited to share your prayer concerns with us. Blue "Prayer
Request" cards may be placed in the offering plates during worship,
or in one of the two wooden boxes at entrances to the sanctuary. If
you include a telephone number on the card it is easier for us to
make follow-up contacts. You are welcome to call the church office
(625-5023) at any time to make a prayer request. We pray
specifically for these concerns every Tuesday morning and
through-out the week, and take care to keep in confidence the
requests you bring to us.
